| Doug Hewitt opened the meeting at 7:30 pm at his home. All Directors
were present.
We decided to call Nation Wide to get a quote for insurance with only the caps as required in the Covenants. Barry is to call tomorrow. We discussed the financial status of the Association. It was decided that we seek Heritage's input on whether the vacant lots should receive the Annual Assessment. We decided to post the dates of future Board Meeting on the web site. Doug updated us on his pending transfer. Other candidates were discussed, with Cindy Daily receiving the nod to be approached first for a Board position. We decided that the Board needed more feedback from the ARC. We would like copies of the Meeting Minutes and for an ARC member to sit in on future Board meetings. Heritage is to be contacted about helping us put together the Annual Budget for 2000. Wildwood Baptist Church is our first choice for the location of the Annual Meeting. Debbie is looking into Holiday Decorations for the front entrance. The meeting was adjourned at 9:30 pm |
