April 15 the board met to determine a direction. We established the
following items:
It was mutually agreed that we would keep a management company to oversee
the affairs. We will contact Community Club Management regarding their
interest in continuing to manage Ascot Glenn.
We will investigate the status of the following items:
Insurance, taxes, and other outstanding contracts, corporate seal,
copies of violation forms.
We would like to reduce the disbursement amount authorized from $500
to $150.
Limit landscape service to only $125 per month for the lawn maintenance.
We will plant flowers on our own to save $80+/-.
Determine a date to meet with Alice to review all current records.
Schedule a date to visit the homeowners with unpaid dues. |
