|The meeting was held at the Kennesaw Library and was called to order
at 7:05 PM. Damon Koch and Cindy Daily were present, Bill Woodbury was
absent. 1 additional homeowner was present, which was the Secretary.
1. Front entrance health report.
The sprinklers are scheduled to be turned off before the first freeze. Durham Lawns is scheduled to prepare the left side of the entrance for placement of the new sign.2. Status of second front entrance sign.
Weather permitting, the new sign should be in place within the next week. The stone work will follow, then the addition of the new flower bed. Our property insurance declaration will be modified for the new sign by reducing the current $10,000 coverage on the right sign to $5,000 and adding the left sign at $5,000.3. Modify and approve the 2003 Budget.
The 2003 Budget has been adopted by the Board. Increases were made to our monthly management fee, pine straw and seasonal flowers twice per year, and community events. The budget has been posted to our web site.4. Q & A from residents. Time may be limited.
There were no questions.5. Adjourn into Executive Session to discuss any unpaid dues and infractions of the Covenants.
The Regular Meeting was adjourned at 7:30 PM and proceeded to Executive Session.
