| The Meeting was held on February 26, 2002 at Summit Baptist Church.
22 lots were represented at the meeting, 12 of which were by Proxy.
President Damon Koch opened the meeting at 7:05 PM. and conducted the agenda. The financial statement from 2001 was reviewed. At the end of fiscal 2001 the Homeowners Association had a surplus of $7,842.20 and the Association was debt free. Damon then reviewed the 2002 Budget and asked for any questions concerning the Associations finances. An informal vote was taken regarding the construction of a second sign for the entrance. The vote was in favor of the construction ~2:1. Concern was expressed during the Q&A portion about the services being provided by Summerscapes. Damon promised that the Board would look into the matter. We then moved onto the election of Board of Directors where one seat was open. Bill Woodbury was running for election. Damon called for additional candidates from the floor. There we no takers. Ballots were cast and Bill Woodbury was elected to a 2 year term. The Meeting was adjourned at 8:10 PM |
