Weekend Directional Signs

In an effort to parallel the County's ordinance on "Weekend Directional Signs" and as required by Article VI Section 4 of the Declaration Of Protective Covenants, the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is now giving automatic consent for the placement of "For Sale", "For Rent", "Yard Sale", and other weekend directional signs at the front entrance and at intersections when a turn is required from 3:00 PM Friday to 11:59 PM Sunday. The ARC reserves the right to remove any sign that it deems to be inappropriate, is left on the Common Property after 12:01 AM Monday, and to modify or rescind this automatic consent. Homeowners can still request sign placement consent from the ARC outside of this automatically approved time period, just as in the past.
